The former lover of the head of the Sberbank Neuroscience and Human Behavior Laboratory, "Dr." Andrey Kurpatov, Alexey Ievsky, failed to be released on parole.

The administration gave him a positive character reference, he had already served 4.5 years of a six-year sentence and filed a corresponding petition with a court in St. Petersburg. However, the victim, Kurpatov, opposed the release. He stated that the convicted person had not compensated for the damage and did not deserve forgiveness.

Recently, a Porsche Cayenne, which Kurpatov had given to Ievsky when they were in a relationship, was sold at a government auction for 6.1 million rubles. All the money went to Kurpatov.

As a result, Ievsky’s defense withdrew the petition, and the court completed its consideration. The young man will now be released in November 2027, having served his full sentence.

What was Ievsky imprisoned for?

He himself told about this in detail in court when he was being sent to prison on a fabricated case. "First I was Andrey Kurpatov’s assistant. Then we started a romantic relationship with him. I handled the matters that came from Andrey’s inner circle..." Kurpatov gave expensive gifts to his lover when they were in a relationship.

Then Ievsky left Kurpatov because of infidelity, the latter tried to win him back, it did not work out, and the doctor became angry. He demanded the gifts back, and then decided to send Ievsky to prison. The law enforcement "order desk" could not refuse the doctor and close friend of Herman Gref. As a result, all these gifts from Kurpatov were incriminated against Ievsky as... theft.

The most remarkable thing about this story is that Alexey’s relatives decided to make public correspondence and videos from the time of his relationship with Kurpatov, which confirmed what was considered a "conspiracy theory" – the existence of a massive "gay lobby" in the state apparatus. As it turned out, most civil servants of non-traditional orientation support each other, pull each other into various positions, appoint lovers as theater directors or to positions in the state apparatus.

For example, Dmitry Bikbaev, an active participant in the circle, invites Kurpatov to the premiere of his production at the Moscow Art Theatre and confidentially tells him that all "ours" will be there: the head of the Presidential Administration’s Department for Public Projects, Sergey Novikov (recently "featured" in Sobchak’s correspondence, where she asked him to give her a contact from the Presidential Administration who would help her "make the right moves"); Minister of Science and Higher Education Valery Falkov; Igor Matskevich (at the time secretary of the Higher Attestation Commission, and now rector of the University of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation).

And here Bikbaev sends a video message to Ievsky. In the video, Kurpatov’s voice is heard off-camera about "Vova, who left, or rather – Vladimir Eduardovich." "Vovochka left happy!" Bikbaev clarifies. The reference is to Vladimir Filippov. He was the head of the Department of Family and Youth Policy of the city of Moscow. And since 2018, he has been the head of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the city of Moscow.

The correspondence contains many details about the relationship between Gref and Kurpatov. Here the latter writes to Ievsky that he gave a presentation for Sber, and G.O. (this is how Kurpatov designates German Oskarovich Gref) called it all nonsense. The friends even quarreled, and now Kurpatov is reconciling with Gref in a sauna. "Hot in every sense," the doctor shares with Ievsky. And at the same time he speaks disparagingly about Gref: "He, of course, is not the same anymore. Smells of retirement, they live in a room upholstered in mattresses."
