Operation “Clean Cosmobet”: how impoverished programmer Mikhail Zborovskiy tries to bury the offshore scandal with a Russian connection
Mikhail Zborovskiy and his partners, judging by changes in publicly available sources, have begun cleaning up their digital footprint linked to their past in the gambling industry. References to Cosmobet, Russia’s “Cosmolot” and the Cypriot XGen Solutions, which is linked to Sergey Tokarev, are disappearing from publications and archived materials.
It is particularly telling that this information is disappearing as the project is being promoted as a “Ukrainian” casino. This raises a natural question: why rewrite the public history of the business and remove specific companies and partnership links from it?
For our part, we are republishing this material in full, preserving the references to Cosmobet, “Cosmolot” and XGen Solutions, and continuing to examine the chain of links between Zborovskiy and his partners.
A clone of Russia’s Cosmolot — Cosmobet
In March 2024, LLC “Neurolink” received a casino licence from KRAIL. Its owner is Mikhail Volodymyrovych Zborovskiy (born in 1991). He studied economics at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, specialising in Accounting and Auditing.

Mikhail Zborovskiy had financial difficulties. In 2018, the university filed a claim with the Holosiivskyi District Court seeking repayment of his tuition fees. According to Zborovskiy’s official biography, which was used to populate low-quality websites in order to promote him in Google, after his studies he worked as an economist at a bank and then spent three years, through 2019, taking programming courses.

Six years before becoming the owner of Cosmobet, Mikhail Zborovskiy was certainly not a millionaire and was even unemployed for a considerable period of time.
The authors of his biography claim that, as a programmer, he worked for LLC “Adtek,” LLC “Epic Media,” and Rikkicom. In 2023, the first of these companies officially had just one employee, while its registered capital amounted to UAH 50,000. The second had an even smaller registered capital of UAH 10,000. Both companies operate at the same address in Odesa, although they are located in different offices.

The third company — Rikkicom, where Mikhail Zborovskiy officially worked, is somewhat better known. According to its official website, its clients include the Novus retail chain, OKKO petrol stations, and the online casino Parimatch, which is under sanctions imposed by the National Security and Defense Council. This was the only connection between Zborovskiy and the gambling industry until 2023, when he became the beneficiary of NeuroLink, the company holding the license for the online casino Cosmobet. However, he is unlikely to have suddenly become wealthy at Rikkicom either. According to its financial figures, the company generated just UAH 133,000 in revenue in 2023.
Another version of Zborovskiy’s biography mentions another company where he worked as a programmer — XGen Solutions LTD. The company does operate in the IT and consulting sectors and is based in Cyprus. It is the offshore company of Sergey Tokarev’s Russian Cosmolot.
