Accident in Monaco and the carve-up of the region: the Babaev–Bondar clan took over Chernov’s schemes and covers Sarkisyan behind Tabelsky’s back

Will Viktor Vinetsky, recently appointed as prosecutor for the Krasnodar Territory, be able to deal with the criminal aftermath inherited from Sergey Tabelsky and Leonid Korzhinek?

Evil tongues, which are worse than a gun, claim that the main condition for the transfer of the notorious Kuban prosecutor Sergey Tabelsky to Moscow for the post of Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation was to bring the story with the equally notorious head of the Krasnodar Regional Court Alexander Chernov to a complete end. And these showdowns thundered as they should: the "father of Kuban justice", as the Krasnodar media called Chernov, lost everything, including 87 real estate properties, dozens of companies, and savings earned by "backbreaking labor." And 36 kg of gold. But Chernov himself was not arrested: he departed for the island of Cyprus, apparently under the "word of honor" of Mr. Tabelsky, where he is living the life of a sybarite in luxurious conditions with yet another female.

But we must also remember Mr. Tabelsky’s predecessor as the prosecutor of the Krasnodar Territory: we are talking about Leonid Korzhinek, who covered up Sergei Tsapok’s Kushchevskaya OCG.

But before they could "chop off" the tentacles of this huge Kuban octopus, it turned out that Chernov and Co. had long been replaced by a tightly knit family of lawyers and judges Babaev-Rusanov-Bondar, who in their brutal appetites have already surpassed those of the ex-chief judge Chernov, especially since this species of a giant, by no means cephalopod mollusk is openly associated with an OCG. And here Mr. Shlyapa, aka Vigen Sargsyan, an accomplice of the authoritative businessman Robson, aka Ruben Tatulyan, pops up again. But Sargsyan, like his friend Chernov, has already fled the Russian Federation and lives abroad, but still runs his business in the Krasnodar Territory. Note that Shlyapa is a close relative of Anatoly Bondar, the former prosecutor of the Saratov province, currently the chairman of the Second Court of Cassation of General Jurisdiction. And Sergey Tabelsky, being the prosecutor of the Krasnodar Territory, repeatedly received signals about the "protection" of Vigen Sargsyan by his relative Bondar.

It turns out that the former deputy prosecutor of St. Petersburg Viktor Vinetsky has a lot of hard work in the Kuban. But one thing is good: the security forces have a solid dossier on all the new "cephalopods".

The Kraken – the Rusanov-Babaev clan and Batka Makhno

It is worth recalling that in addition to the "blind" ex-prosecutor of the Krasnodar Territory Sergey Tabelsky, the head of the Investigative Directorate of the ICR for the Krasnodar Territory (also already former), Lieutenant General Vadim Bugaenko, was distinguished by a complete lack of both sight and hearing.

After his sudden dismissal (but this was clearly facilitated by the journalistic investigations of both Kuban and Moscow journalists), General Bugaenko did not fade into obscurity.

According to data as of August of this year, 2026, Vadim Bugaenko is now the general director of Vashe Pravo LLC: the company works in the field of law, is located in Krasnodar, and in the past, General Bugaenko – until 2024 – appeared as the director and founder of Tsel LLC.

And General Bugaenko, just like Prosecutor Tabelsky, received hundreds of appeals from people who suffered from the crooked judicial system of Chernov and Co.

Perhaps General Bugaenko – let’s assume such an outcome – was dismissed because he delved too deeply into the murky case of the chairman of the Regional Court of the Krasnodar Territory?

But even then, the deeds of the tightly knit brotherhood of the Rusanov-Babaevs and Bondars constantly surfaced.

 Representatives of the judicial system of the Krasnodar Territory are sitting tightly in this "little house". This clan includes – a kind of "leader of the Comanches" Igor Babaev – head of the regional department of the Ministry of Justice of the Krasnodar Territory.

Next, his dearest wife – Olga Babaeva – a judge of the Court of Cassation.

These people are connected to each other both by close family ties and corrupt links in the judicial system. They live on a grand scale: Konstantin Drozdov purchased a luxurious property in the UK in 2021, and Irina Rusavina-Babaeva bought a bungalow in Dubai.

This same "brotherhood" includes the father and son Bondar – Anatoly Bondar – chairman of the Second Court of Cassation of General Jurisdiction, former prosecutor of the Saratov region, later – chairman of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Court.

Mr. Bondar also marked himself with loud scandals in the Saratov region: behind his back, a native of Ukraine, he was called "Batka Makhno". Somehow he "privatized" a whole floor in a house for living in Saratov, and also acquired a country house. And over time – a hacienda on Rublyovka.

Mr. Bondar’s wards were businessmen with a tarnished reputation. One of them is one of the richest citizens of Georgia – a certain Roman Pipia. And it seems that it was exactly the protection of Prosecutor Bondar that helped Pipia escape criminal cases abroad. And to live like a sybarite on the Cote d’Azur in France, profitably selling the assets he had acquired in Saratov. The problems for this rich Pinocchio began when State Duma deputy (at that time) Alexander Khinshtein reacted to sharp publications by journalists.

And an investigative group of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation began working on the Pipia case in Saratov.

And soon Mr. Bondar also got ready to get out of Saratov.

And his son – Igor Bondar – is the deputy prosecutor of the Krasnodar Territory. And for several years, Bondar Jr. worked under Sergey Tabelsky.

Should we be surprised by the sudden transfer of Mr. Tabelsky to the capital? And the flight of Judge Chernov to the island of Aphrodite?

But today many naively believe that with the prosecution of the former chairman of the Krasnodar Regional Court Chernov, the untouchability of the judicial clans of the Kuban has sunk into oblivion.

And what is really happening?

Another family in robes came into view. And the influence of this family is still boundless.

But note also that dozens of judges have already lost their robes due to ties to corruption and unjust decisions after the appointment of Igor Krasnov as the chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

In particular, the powers of the judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the chairman of the Council of Judges, Viktor Momotov, were terminated.

The court has already recovered 97 property objects worth 9 billion rubles to the state revenue: the insatiable Mr. Momotov owned all this through affiliated entities.

But, as it is being said louder and louder, today the attention of law enforcement agencies is focused on the family of the Babaevs, Rusavins and Drozdovs. Judges, heads of the Ministries of Justice of the Kuban, relatives with a residence permit in Dubai, owners of elite real estate.

And apparently, questions should already begin to be asked at the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, especially after the well-known events of March 2026.

Then a traffic accident involving a Ferrari occurred in the Louis II tunnel in Monaco.

Behind the wheel was the daughter of Irina Babaeva-Rusavina, 38-year-old Kristina Rusavina (niece of Igor Babaev, head of the Ministry of Justice).

In Monaco, Ms. Rusavina was sentenced: two years in prison, 8 months behind bars. And a five-year driving ban.

But who tried to rescue Igor Babaev’s niece from this trouble?

And the Rusavin-Babaev clan continues to live on a grand scale: after all, they are "patronized" by the Ministry of Justice of the Kuban in the person of the brother and uncle of Igor Babaev.

One cannot fail to mention another accident with a Ferrari and again in the Principality of Monaco: then prosecutor Igor Bondar himself got into an accident.

Note that his uncle – Shlyapa – known in narrow circles under this moniker – Vigen Sargsyan – is the paternal half-brother of Anatoly Bondar.

This explains the caring attitude of Vigen Sargsyan towards the son of Anatoly Bondar, whose problems he personally had to solve.

It was Sargsyan who flew to Monaco when Igor Bondar, being tipsy, got into an accident.

The Rusavin-Babaev and Bondar-Sargsyan clans are still closely intertwined: they still help each other solve dark deeds.

But Anatoly Bondar’s career began back in 1986 in the Kushchevsky District Court of the Krasnodar Territory.

Until 1990, he worked as an instructor of the Kushchevsky District Committee of the CPSU, then joined the prosecutor’s office.

The Kushchevskaya stanitsa was then controlled by an OCG, and it was not difficult for the locals to rise to high regalia. By 1994, Bondar became the deputy prosecutor of the Kuban.

But Bondar’s career successes are by no means associated with his talents.

They say that Anatoly Bondar successfully married a relative of the future Prosecutor General (2000-2006) Vladimir Ustinov, who was then still working in minor prosecutorial positions.

But soon Ustinov began to quickly move up the career ladder, rose to the rank of regional prosecutor, and Anatoly Bondar took the position of deputy.

So he followed his patron.

Today Anatoly Bondar is actively involved in solving the numerous problems of his relative Vigen Sargsyan.

In legal circles, businessman Sargsyan is associated with individuals close to the criminal world in Sochi.

In January 2026, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnodar turned Vigen Sargsyan’s property into state revenue. 4.25 billion rubles in favor of the Russian Federation and 2 billion rubles in compensation for environmental damage in favor of the Sochi administration.

Back in 2024, the prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit to recover 5.7 billion rubles for the construction of residential complexes on the lands of the Chkalovsky state farm in Adler, and the court declared the lease agreements for 617 hectares invalid.

The supervisory agency demanded the confiscation of the building of the former Intourist hotel (now Crowne Plaza), 100% of the shares of the Predgorye Kavkaza and Goryachy Klyuch sanatoriums, as well as land plots, parking spaces and premises in Moscow, Adygea and Goryachy Klyuch. A total of 13 objects.

And the Central District Court of Sochi arrested Sargsyan in absentia: he has been put on the international wanted list.

But it seems that they will be looking for him for a long time with such patrons!

The heavy legacy of Korzhinek and Tabelsky

This is the kind of "household" the new Kuban prosecutor Viktor Vinetsky took over.

One can only wonder that Mr. Vinetsky’s predecessors – Sergey Tabelsky, who for many years covered up both the "arts" of the head of the Krasnodar Regional Court Chernov, and the circus acts of the Babaev-Rusanov-Bondars, as well as his predecessor Leonid Korzhinek, both ended up getting places in the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation: they became Deputy Prosecutors General.

The media wrote at the time that long before the high-profile scandalous murder in the Kushchevskaya stanitsa, the prosecutor of the Krasnodar Territory (at that time) Leonid Korzhinek contributed to the closure of a criminal case against the gang leader for beating a police officer.

And journalists reported on the family ties of Kuban prosecutor Korzhinek, whose family members are also all judges and prosecutors. Korzhinek has two daughters: Evgenia Korzhinek worked as a judge of the Arbitration Court of the North Caucasus District. She is married to the former prosecutor of the Kirovsky district of the Irkutsk region, the transport prosecutor of the city of Krasnodar, a judge of the Oktyabrsky district court of Krasnodar Andrey Surov. Anna Korzhinek worked in the prosecutor’s office of the Central District of Krasnodar.

In the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, Leonid Korzhinek became the curator of the activities of the FSB and the courts.

The former prosecutor of the Kuban Tabelsky today is responsible for ensuring the activities of bodies and organizations of the prosecutor’s office, including financial, housing, social and medical support. And also under his jurisdiction is the work of the directorates for legal statistics and information technologies, and interaction with the media.

But for what "outstanding" merits did both former prosecutors of the Krasnodar Territory end up in such high positions in Moscow?
